  • Booking a class or sauna session

    On your first booking, you will be required to fill out the applicable waivers. The waivers will be emailed to you and can be completed online.

  • Punctuality

    Please make sure to arrive 5 minutes before your class is due to commence. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be permitted to enter. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your space will be given to the first person on the waiting list

  • Payment

    All classes/sessions must be paid in advance. Thrive accepts cash, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment can be made at our location, on the app or on our website.

  • Cancellation

    To change or cancel a booking you must provide a minimum 6-hour notice for group classes & a 24-hour notice for private and semi-private sessions. Cancellations can be performed on the app, website or in person at the studio.

  • Waitlist

    Classes have limited spots, so the waitlist is a great option as it moves quickly - you still have a great chance at getting into your preferred class from the waitlist! If a class is full, you will have the option to add yourself to the waitlist. 2 hours before the class officially starts, the waitlist will close and you can no longer get into the class if you are still on the waitlist - we don’t want you to be stuck with that short notice. You will be notified via email and/or text when you are moved from the waitlist to a class, and you will be able to “Confirm” or “Deny” your spot in the class.

  • Refunds/Transfers

    All of our packages have expiration dates, please check the policy on your purchased package. We do not offer refunds unless you are medically unfit to participate in our classes; medical certificates must be provided. Packages cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited to either a future package or another client.

  • Pregnancy

    If you discover, or suspect, you are pregnant it is imperative that you advise our team before you commence another class. You also need to consult with your physician to determine if you able to continue your exercise regime. Please inform your instructor of your pregnancy so that they can provide modifications and provide additional assistance.

  • Mobile phones

    Kindly turn off mobile phones or put them on silent. If you are waiting for an emergency call, please keep your phone on vibrate mode and with you.

  • Personal belongings

    Personal items and shoes may be stored in the cubbies. Thrive is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Attire

    Comfortable workout clothing that is not too loose is recommended. Grip socks are required during all Reformer Pilates classes. Clothing is required during sauna sessions.
