We understand that life can get busy and sometimes plans need to change. However, in order to be fair to all our members and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to attend their preferred classes, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled class time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. This fee helps us accommodate other members who may wish to take your spot.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for a scheduled class and have not notified us, a $20 no-show fee will be charged. This is to ensure that our instructors and fellow members are not impacted by empty spots in class.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to respect the time and commitment of others. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible to avoid fees.
